If you have never owned a hedgehog before, we want to make sure that you are fully prepared. The #1 reason for pets being turned in to animal shelters has been consistently found to be "It wasn't what I expected." If you have never owned a hedgehog before, we encourage you to read all of the articles on our Hedgehog Basics page before making your reservation.

Would you like to pay by paypal,  Wal-Mart Bill Pay, or money order/cashier's check? Please remember that payment in full within 7 days of our confirmation is required to hold a hedgehog for more than 7 days, even if you are picking up in person. This is due to the high number of people who never follow through with their reservations, despite endless promises and delays.

We do not accept personal checks due to the unfortunately high number of them that have been bounced on us over the years.

Please remember that you must respond to our confirmation email/instructions letter within 48 hours and we must receive payment within 7 days to hold your hedgehog. If you choose to mail your payment, we recommend that you use delivery confirmation to provide a tracking number as we live in a rural area and mail can take 7 to 10 days to arrive.
